Arrears collections are carried out to establish contact with our clients customer to discuss and attempt to resolve the customers current arrears situation.

We will attempt to make a suitable appointment time with the customer, which will enable us to discuss our clients instruction, the customer’s arrears situation, and also explain any available options our client has instructed.

Repayment offers made by the customer will be updated to the client, along with any mitigating circumstances, particularly, any that require additional forbearance and due consideration.

We will endeavour to achieve a suitable outcome which is agreeable with both client and customer.
